Companies where corporate insiders have recently purchased shares on the open market. Excludes pre-planned 10b5-1 transactions to show discretionary buying decisions.
Latest Insider Sales
Companies where corporate insiders have recently sold shares. Insider selling can occur for many reasons including diversification, tax planning, or personal liquidity needs.
CEO Stock Purchases
Companies where the CEO has personally purchased shares on the open market. CEO buying is considered one of the strongest insider signals since CEOs have the deepest knowledge of company operations.
Insider Cluster Buys
Companies where 3 or more unique insiders have purchased shares within the last 30 days. Research has associated cluster buying with higher subsequent attention from analysts and investors.
Large Insider Purchases ($100K+)
Insider purchases exceeding $100,000 in value. Large dollar purchases demonstrate significant personal financial commitment and conviction.
Officer Stock Purchases
